Dennis F. Quebe
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Quebe has spent more than 25 years in the electrical construction industry. He started in the industry after serving four years in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Quebe attended Franklin University. He has a degree in Electrical Technology and is a licensed contractor in over 30 states. He was inducted as a Fellow of The Academy of Electrical Contracting in 2006.
He serves on the Executive Committee of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) as District II Vice President. He is a founder level member of the Electri International Foundation having participated in numerous research projects for the electrical industry. He serves as national Chairman on NECA's Manpower Development Committee and Co-Chair of the NECA/IBEW National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. He is past national Chairman of NECA's Government Affairs Committee. He serves as a board member on the Electri International Foundation, the National Electric Benefit Fund (NEBF) and National Labor-Management Cooperation Committee. He is also a member of numerous industry associations.
His civic involvement includes serving on the Executive Board of the Miami Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, and serves on the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Dayton Development Coalition.

Mr. Ross has spent his entire professional career with the Company. He has been with the company since 1980. Mr. Ross is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He also completed the Leadership Institute program. He serves on the IBEW/NECA joint apprenticeship committee as a member and past Chairman.

Vice President of Finance
Mr. Van Der Horst has been VP of Finance since 1999 overseeing the accounting and administration departments. Prior to his association with Chapel, Mr. Van Der Horst was a controller for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Van Der Horst received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Deakin University in Australia. He is a trustee on the NECA/IBEW Local 82 Retirement Pension Board.

Richard E. Penewit
Vice President of Safety
Mr. Penewit has spent his entire professional career with the Company. He has been with the company since 1974. Mr. Penewit is a graduate of the NECA/IBEW joint apprenticeship program. He has also completed safety supervisor, OSHA and train-the trainer programs; receiving certification in each of these programs. He is responsible for all field personnel and the company's safety program.
